Grace Bei
Founder & CEO
Grace founded the business around overseas beauty-product demand and gradually expanded ZMLASHEE from eyelash product development into manufacturing. Under her direction, the company established eyelash manufacturing in 2021 and expanded into lash serum production and laboratory capability in 2024.
Her role today focuses on product direction, manufacturing development, customer needs and long-term business growth across eyelashes and lash serum.

Wang Siyi leads eyelash product development at ZMLASHEE, focusing on new lash styles, lash structures, mapping, curl, density, band design and press-on / pre-glued lash development. She also supports sample development, product optimization and the transition from approved samples to production.
Leon
Liquid Product R&D Manager
Leon holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and brings 10 years of experience in liquid formulation and product development. He leads R&D for lash serum, brow serum and related liquid products, with a focus on prostaglandin-free formulas, texture development, ingredient selection, sample optimization and production implementation.
