Can you support both new and established brands?
Yes. Emerging brands may use samples, existing products and a lower starting quantity to reduce launch risk. Established brands can use ZMLASHEE for new SKU development, supplier backup, deeper customization and larger-volume production.
Can you support larger orders?
Yes. The 500 pcs starting point is designed to make suitable projects more flexible; it does not mean ZMLASHEE only handles small orders. Larger-volume production can be discussed based on the product and project requirements.
Samples & Product Development

Can I test samples before bulk production?
Yes. Samples are available so you can evaluate product quality, style, structure, formula or packaging direction before confirming bulk production.
How long does sample preparation take?
Standard samples can usually be prepared in 1–2 days. Custom sample timing depends on the product, customization scope and development requirements.
Can I send you a reference product, photo or competitor sample?
Yes. Reference products, photos, existing samples or competitor examples can help clarify the target look, structure, application experience or packaging direction.
Can you help if I do not know the exact specifications?
Yes. You can start by sharing your target customer, market, product idea, reference products and budget range. We can then help organize the requirements into a clearer product-development brief.
What happens after sample approval?
After the product direction is approved, we confirm the final specifications, quantity, packaging and production requirements before moving into bulk production.

What is the difference between private label and OEM/ODM?
Private label usually starts from an existing product or formula and adds your branding and packaging. OEM/ODM or full custom development changes more of the product itself, such as lash specifications, serum formula, tube, brush or packaging structure.
Can I use an existing product with my own logo and packaging?
Yes. This is the faster private label route. You can choose a suitable existing lash style or serum formula, test samples, add branding and confirm retail packaging before production.
What can be customized?
Customization depends on the product. Typical areas include:
- Eyelash length, mapping, color, curl, fiber material, fiber structure, band and density
- Pre-glued adhesive color, amount, placement, wear target and formula requirements

Can the lash fiber structure be customized?
Yes. Structural options such as hollow or triangular fiber profiles can be discussed where applicable to achieve different weight, softness or visual effects.
What band structures are available?
Depending on the lash format, projects can discuss ultra-fine band, ultra-soft band, bandless and other base structures based on the desired application and comfort requirements.
Can pre-glued lash adhesive be customized?
