As an Exhibitor, How Should You Prepare In Advance?
Taking ZM LASHEE as an example, for Beauty Expo Australia 2025, we are attending as a top-tier factory supplier. We have made the following preparations, hoping it will be helpful to you:
1. Clarify Your Exhibition Goals
Our first step is to clearly define our purpose for attending the exhibition. As one of China’s top wholesale eyelash factories, our goal is to establish long-term and stable partnerships with more brands. The products we offer include diy cluster lashes, strip lashes, lash growth serum, and we provide private label services and fully customized solutions. Clearly defining our positioning, goals, products, and services is one of the most important cores of our strategy.
2. Confirm Booth & Visa Arrangements
Next, we registered for the exhibition on the official website and paid the full fees to secure our booth. We then started preparing our visas. According to the policies of different countries, it is crucial to prepare visa information in advance. ZM LASHEE started preparing for the Beauty Expo Australia visa six months in advance, as we highly value this exhibition.

3. Booth Design & Construction
Next, we began designing our booth. ZM LASHEE has five professional designers to ensure that our creativity and concepts are effectively showcased to the visitors through the design.
4. Preparing the Materials and Products for the Exhibition
Meanwhile, the product preparation was in full swing. We confirmed the products we wanted to feature — including our hero lash collections, eye serums, and some trial-sized samples to give away. International logistics were arranged with a trusted freight forwarder to ensure that everything arrives on time, and we printed our promotional materials: brochures, price lists, business cards, and our brand story.
5. Hotel and Transportation Arrangements
