7-Day Warranty Policy
At ZM LASH, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-day warranty from the delivery date.

1. DIY Cluster Lashes
Warranty: 1-year warranty for lash curl.
Condition: Brands must provide clear photo evidence showing curl loss greater than 30% in a batch.
Resolution: We will replace the affected diy cluster lash at no additional cost.
2. Lash & Brow Serum
Warranty: 6-month warranty for product quality.
Condition: If any product quality issues occur (e.g., separation, discoloration, or abnormal scent), brands must provide evidence of the issue.
Resolution: We will replace the affected units or offer compensation based on the agreed terms.
3. Lash Bond and Sealer
Warranty: 6-month warranty for product performance.
Condition: If the bond or sealer experiences issues such as drying, clumping, or leakage within 6 months of delivery, brands must provide clear photo or video evidence.
Resolution: We will replace the defective units or provide compensation as agreed.
Warranty process
Step 1: Notification and Evidence Submission
The customer notifies our sales agent about the condition of the goods and provides photos and videos showing any defects or incorrect items received.
Step 2: Evidence Review and Response
Our team promptly reviews the submitted evidence and offers the most suitable solution. We also provide guidance to minimize further damage and share detailed return instructions, including the applicable terms and conditions based on the extent of the defects.
Step 3: Return Shipping
The customer ships the goods back to our factory and initially covers the shipping fee. If our factory is responsible for the issue, we will reimburse the shipping fee after receiving the goods.
Step 4: Inspection and Resolution
Upon receiving the returned goods, our Quality Control Department conducts a thorough inspection:
If the fault is ours: We exchange the defective products free of charge or issue a refund.
If the fault is external (e.g., caused by carriers or customers): The customer will bear the full cost of reproduction and shipping.
